The neck and body were restored & repaired. A very good quality 19th century Chinese Cantonese / Rose Medallion porcelain vase, having an usual rolled with Foo Lions handles, wide open rim, classical green ground with gilded highlights, dragons, inset painted panels depicting scenes of ladies parading around the grounds of pagoda buildings, another with courtiers, scholars and attendants around court yard.

The boarders having wonderful exotic Chrysanthemums and birds, butterflies amongst leaves, with a gilded background. Unmarked, typical late Qing foot base.
