Antique Style Period Piece Chinese Porcelain Ceramic Famille Verte Gilded Hexagonal Barrel Garden Stool Seat or Jardiniere Stand. We are delighted to offer this fabulous Chinese antique style porcelain garden seat or jardiniere stand.

Hexagonal barrel shape body with hand applied overglaze enamel decoration in a Famille Verte colour way. Various panels of Emperors & Geisha courting in temple gardens. Extremely fine decorated detail to all panels.

Two sides & the top have a pierced gilt roundels centre. The panel boards are covered in tranditional Chinese symbolism with blue & turquoise enamel ground. No chips, cracks or repairs of any kind. Some minor surface wear to the iron red overglaze in places but overall in superb display condition. This piece would work well as a garden seat or conservatory plant pot stand. Overall a lovely interior design piece.
