Rare Chinese Dehua White Glazed Kendi, Song / Yuan Dynasty. A rare Chinese kendi made in Dehua, Fujian Province during the Song or Yuan dynasty, 11.5cm tall.

There is moulded scrolling decoration to the middle and the white glaze ends unevenly above the base to reveal the white porcelain body. The glaze is particularly friable and there is notable wear, particulary under the rim, to the tip of the spout and around the centre of the body. Please see all photos for confirmation of condition.
