Stunning Chinese Kangxi Kaishu 22cm Dish with Iron Red Longevity Decoration. A stunning 22cm dish or bowl with upturned edges beautifully decorated in iron red with the Chinese symbol for longevity / long-life. The dish has a dark brown rim finish with very simple blue branch decoration to the outer sides on white ground. Clearly marked to the base with the Kangxi kaishu but I think this is later and most likely from the Kangxi revival period at the end of the 19th century during the Guangxu period.

Fabulous condition with just a few light marks in places but no chips or cracks at all. The dish is medium-sized at 22cm diameter, 4.5cm tall and weighs 575g. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like further details or pictures. Please see my other items.
